• Hello and welcome again to Mindset Clinical Hypnotherapy & BWRT Therapy

    As a Psychological Therapist, I user a range of complimentary therapies for which I am fully trained, certified and insured to use, in order to assist Clients with psychological symptoms.  These include: Advanced BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy), Hypnotherapy, WSN Parts Therapy and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT).  I have my clinical practice based in Runfold (see map) beside Farnham & Aldershot, and have been providing personalised psychological therapy for the last +10 years.

    Whether it's to overcome Anxiety/Fears or Phobias, Self Confidence/Low Self Esteem or Depression, Addiction, or to Stop Smoking once and for all, or to ultimately gain control of unwanted functioning, thinking, or behavior based problems, then BWRT and Hypnotherapy are almost certainly two of the most efficient and effective therapies available.

    BWRT is actually proving to be the most exciting psychological therapy break-through of our generation, providing fast efficient relief of a whole host of psychological symptoms in just 1-2 sessions.  More complex symptoms typically only 3-5 session.  Hypnotherapy still has a strong role to play and is central to my Suggestion, Visualisation and Quantum Healing therapies. However, I will always look to provide the fastest resolution to a Clients symptoms.

  • Initial Consultation 

    As a professional, caring, confidential Therapist, I typically always offer potential Clients, free of charge, a 30-40min 'Initial Consultation' session.  This is a very important session serving several needs.  Firstly it allows me to get a much more detailed idea as to what the Client is struggling with, how it effects them and how it may have came about.  I will then share with them if I feel I can assist them, what therapy I would recommend and if possible a guide as to how many sessions it might take to resolve the symptoms.  And then finally and most importantly its an opportunity for the Client to meet me and for them to determine if they would feel comfortable with me as their Therapist, should they choose to move forward with therapy.

  • Conscious vs Subconscious Thinking - The Iceberg

    You may be familiar with the adage of the Iceberg. What you see above the waterline represents only 10% of what exists below the waterline. You can draw a parallel with the human Psyche. Your conscious 'thinking' mind may only be responsible for 10% of what happens in your life. 90% is driven by your subconscious...what's going on that's out of your conscious control and thoughts, both good and bad!

    My objective as a therapist is simply to listen to you, to understand what your symptoms are, how and when they manifest and potentially where almost certainly in your past, they come from.  We can then use either BWRT or Hypnosis to 'remove' the disruptive psychological cause, allowing you can begin to find balance, calm and happiness in your life.
