• BWRT - BrainWorking Recursive Therapy

  • BWRT therapy is proving to be the single most important psychological therapy break-through in our generation.  Created by Terence Watts, the UK’s leading Psychological therapy Educator and Innovator, BWRT® is unlike any other therapy existing today.  In fact BWRT therapy is based upon modern Neurological Brain science and understanding, with its therapeutic modelling being well accepted and easily understood by both psychologists, therapists and clients alike.  Its attraction as a therapy is evident, given its incredible ability to tackle most psychologically based symptoms in typically 1 or 2 sessions.  More complex 'Core Identity' based conditions, including Addictions (Alcohol, Drug, Gambling, Sexual, etc), Depression, PTSD, OCD and Binge Eating/Drinking, are addressed typically with an advanced procedure over 3-5 sessions.

Further detailed reading can be found on the BWRT Professionals Website, alternatively simply Contact me to discuss how this stunning new therapy can help change your life.

  • Therapy Benefits:-

    1. It’s fast, 1-2 sessions typically for Phobia’s, Anxiety, Neurosis, etc. which makes it very Cost Effective!.
    2. For more complex symptoms like Addictions, PTSD, OCD and complex Core Identity issues, it’s still only 4-6 session typically, which is still very cost effective for Clients.
    3. It’s non-intrusive, so you don’t ‘have-to’ share embarrassing details with your Therapist.  Of course it can be very therapeutic to share, but you don’t have to for the therapy to work.
    4. It doesn’t involve Hypnosis, you are fully ‘alert and present’ during the entire session.
    5. BWRT works for just about everyone. It’s Permanent, It doesn’t wear off or require additional ‘top up’ sessions.
    6. Remote Skype or FaceTime sessions also available and work extremely well.
